Please read the following before purchasing your ticket.
Programme and Speakers
The programme, speakers and timings are subject to change without notice. The organisers will make reasonable efforts to deliver the advertised content but cannot guarantee that any particular session or speaker will appear.
Views and Information
The views and opinions expressed by speakers, panellists, participants and delegates are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views, policies or positions of Invest in ME Research or its Trustees.
The information provided at this conference is for general educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Tickets, Prices, Refunds and Transfers
Ticket prices are as detailed on the Eventbrite registration pages and are per person attending. Access to the conference and venue is limited to ticket holders only. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue — please do not attend without a ticket as entry will not be permitted.
Standard tickets: No refund after 10 April 2026. Refunds will be considered only if written notice is received before this date. No refunds will be given for no-shows or for earlybird tickets after 10 April 2026. Tickets are not transferable unless agreed in advance with Invest in ME Research in writing.
Patient/Carer tickets: Non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances due to their heavily subsidised nature and limited availability. Issued strictly to verified ME patients or their immediate accompanying carers who are not representing any organisation, at the charity's discretion. Those representing a charity or organisation must purchase standard tickets.
Price increase: Ticket prices will increase after 10 April 2026. Early purchase is recommended.
Recordings and Photography
Sessions may be recorded, photographed or live-streamed by the organisers for archival and educational purposes. By attending you consent to the possibility of being included in such recordings or images. Unauthorised recording, filming or live-streaming by attendees is not permitted.
Conduct and Safety
Invest in ME Research is committed to providing a safe, respectful and inclusive environment. Harassment, abusive behaviour or disruption of sessions will not be tolerated. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or unsafe, without refund. Invest in ME Research is not liable for any loss, costs or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of the event due to causes beyond its control.
Accessibility
If you have specific accessibility, pacing or sensory requirements please contact info@investinme.org as early as possible. Disabled access is available at the venue but wheelchair places may be limited. Please see the venue page for further details. We reserve the right to limit the number of carers attending for one patient due to the limited number of concessionary seats available.
What Your Ticket Includes
The ticket includes the conference, tea/coffee/refreshments during the morning and afternoon, and hot buffet lunch. We will do our best to accommodate catering requirements but cannot guarantee all requests can be fulfilled.
Registration and Confirmation
A completed and paid registration constitutes one ticket for one person for the 18th Invest in ME Research International ME Conference 2026. Personal identification may be required at the venue. Please bring your confirmation email with you to the conference.
Data Protection
Personal data provided during registration will be used solely for the purposes of administering this event and communicating any changes. Data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our privacy policy.
CPD Accreditation
CPD accreditation forms will be supplied only to those registering under the Professional category.
